The MANSORY Siracusa is based on the Ferrari 458 Italia. Apart from more performance and a boosted appearance, mainly the weight of the automobile was diminished. <span id="more-476"></span></p>
<p>Already in the serial Ferrari, the ultra-light and high-strength material carbon is used abundantly. And MANSORY continues to apply this line with the Siracusa by making carbon the main material of all body components. Each single element of the aerodynamic design is manufactured in perfect surface quality and exactly fitted to the automobile.</p>
<p>The main eye catcher of the new Siracusa front is the striking apron with its optimised air inlets for a better ventilation of the front coolers. In combination with the new bonnet, MANSORY does not only create an aggressive look, but also generates additional downforce. At the sides, newly designed side skirts are added. These calm down the air flow between the axles and provide additional cooling air to the engine compartment through integrated ducts. The diffuser which is fitted into the new back skirt stabilises the rear during high velocities and in connection with the rear wing, generates contact pressure at the rear axle. The body kit is completed with MANSORY carbon blades which replace the rear window. Compared to the serial Ferrari 458 Italia, the refining specialist saves 70 kilogramme weight due to its autoclave carbon components.</p>
<p>But the MANSORY Siracusa does not only convince with its fascinating design. As a result from an optimised engine management, a sports air filter and a sports exhaust system, not only the engine performance, but also the acceleration increases significantly. Owing to 590 hp / 434 kW and 560 Nm, the eight cylinder car accelerates in breathtaking 3.2 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h. The top speed is 330 km, higher than with the basic Ferrari model.</p>
<p>The carriage components in the Siracusa are especially adjusted to the improved engine performance and the dynamic driving behaviour. These consist of four sports anti-shocks combined with progressively winded lowering springs. Therefore, the centre of gravity is lowered by 20 millimetres compared to the serial model.</p>
<p>As a perfect wheel-tyre combination, MANSORY adds forged rims with central locking in the dimensions 9 x 20 and 11 x 21 with Michelin PS2 tyres measuring 245/35 ZR20 at the front axle and 305/30 ZR21 at the rear axle.</p>
<p>Also the interior is enhanced with the MANSORY refining kit. The MANSORY upholstery department stylishly combines most precious materials such as most delicate leather, ultra-suede and carbon. The leather which is processed with masterly skill is very endurable and still extraordinarily soft. The characteristic natural product with its special grain and the masterly perfected decorative stitches render an extravagant impression around the newly designed centre console. Another highlight is the newly developed full size airbag sports steering wheel and the aluminium pedals. MANSORY achieves the perfect symbiosis between dynamic functionality and luxurious atmosphere.</p>

At the Geneva Motor Show 2011 the extensive program for the mid-engine sports car will celebrate its world debut. The high-performance program includes engine tuning that increases power output to 609 hp / 448 kW, propelling the two-seater car to a top speed in excess of 330 km/h. The NOVITEC ROSSO high-performance exhaust system, made from the same INCONEL material also used in Formula 1 racing, optimizes both power yield and exhaust note while weighing in at 21 kilograms less than the production exhaust. <span id="more-464"></span></p>
<p>The NOVITEC ROSSO aerodynamic-enhancement kit was developed in the wind tunnel and is manufactured from carbon fibers. It also contributes to the lightweight-design concept of the NOVITEC ROSSO conversion. A custom-tailored tire/wheel combination with diameters of 21 and 22 inches, a modified suspension with front lift system and exclusive interior options round out the upgrade for the Italian sports car.</p>
<p>The NOVITEC ROSSO specialists unleash an additional 39 hp / 28.7 kW of power from the 4.5-liter V8. A new carbon-fiber airbox with modified air routing is installed on the intake side. The NOVITEC ROSSO high-performance exhaust system was developed to improve exhaust-gas flow. The exhaust system consists of two high-performance manifolds, sport catalysts and a rear muffler with a control flap, whose sound can be adjusted by the Manettino button on the steering wheel.</p>
<p>The exhaust system features three tailpipes with a diameter of 90 millimeters and optimizes power yield while producing a more sporty exhaust note. But that’s not all: It is manufactured from INCONEL, the same material used on Formula 1 race cars, making the NOVITEC ROSSO exhaust especially heat resistant and more importantly extremely light: Compared to the production exhaust it represents a weight saving of 21 kilograms.</p>
<p>The engine conversion also includes newly programmed engine electronics with newly calibrated mapping for ignition and injection.</p>
<p>After the conversion the engine of the 458 Italia produces 609 hp / 448 kW at 9,100 rpm. Simultaneously peak torque grows from 540 Nm to 569 Nm at 5,400 rpm. The engine also responds even faster to throttle commands and the slightly higher redline speed results in even better continuity during upshifts.</p>
<p>Powered by this engine the two-seater with NOVITEC ROSSO engine tuning reaches a top speed in excess of 330 km/h.</p>
<p>At these speeds favorable aerodynamic properties are essential. The NOVITEC ROSSO body components were fine-tuned in the wind tunnel of the University of Stuttgart. The components are made from especially light high-strength carbon fibers and give the car an unabashed racing look while reducing its weight.</p>
<p>The NOVITEC ROSSO front spoiler is attached to the production bumper and lends the car a more striking face. In combination with the flaps to the right and left of the central air inlet its sophisticated shape minimizes lift on the front axle, which benefits directional stability at high speeds. Wings and the fender-mounted ventilation louvers now made from carbon fibers add further sporty emphasis to the front of the car. Carbon-fiber mirror housings add the final touch.</p>
<p>Strikingly styled NOVITEC ROSSO rocker panels create optimal airflow between front and rear wheel wells.</p>
<p>To reduce lift on the rear axle for an optimal aerodynamic balance NOVITEC ROSSO upgrades the 458 Italia with a rear spoiler and a carbon-fiber diffuser. The racing look is rounded out with additional carbon-fiber applications such as ventilation louvers or the fog lamp surround. The roof panel of the car and the engine hood are also made from Carbon.</p>
<p>Custom-tailored versions of the three-piece NOVITEC ROSSO NF3 wheels were developed to make perfect use of the available space in the wheel wells. Choosing a staggered combination of size 9Jx21 wheels in front and size 12Jx22 on the rear axle further emphasizes the wedge shape of the two-seater car. Technology partner Pirelli supplies PZero high-performance tires custom-tailored for this car. On the front axle the tires are mounted in size 255/30 ZR 21. In the rear tires in size 335/25 ZR 22 provide optimal traction.</p>
<p>The NOVITEC ROSSO sport springs are precision-matched to these ultra-low-profile tires. The springs lower the ride height of the Ferrari by some 35 millimeters. At the same time the NOVITEC ROSSO specialists also developed a particular feature that further improves the everyday utility of the 458 Italia. The hydraulic NOVITEC ROSSO front lift system can raise the front of the car at the push of a button in the cockpit by some 40 millimeters, eliminating problems posed by speed bumps or parking garage ramps. At a second push of the button or automatically upon reaching a speed of 80 km/h the front reverts to its original position.</p>
<p>NOVITEC ROSSO fully caters to customer requests with perfectly crafted leather and Alcantara interiors. Customers can choose from an endless number of colors and a multitude of upholstery designs meticulously sewn to perfection. The racing theme of the NOVITEC ROSSO body kit is continued in the interior with a center console, scuff plates and longer shift paddles on the steering wheel, all made from carbon fibers.</p>

<p>The real joy comes when opening the engine bonnet – the ANDERSON GERMANY-Ferrari 430 Scuderia bursts with strength and sportiveness, and it also looks so.</p>
<p>In order to reach the desired power improvement up to 575 hp, ANDERSON GERMANY offers besides a weight reduced valve commanded stainless steel exhaust system (with three adjustable by remote control sound levels – 24 kg/53 lb. of weight saving) with racing cats also a sports air filter and the matching with these features software optimization.</p>
<p>After this power enhancement cure the sports car begs for the highway, or, best of all, the racing piste. The hot bends of the racing tracks are the vocation for the ANDERSON GERMANY-Ferrari. Having taken the first curves one learns quickly to estimate the advantages of this supercar.</p>
<p>Exclusive style threepart 8.5&#215;20 and 12&#215;20 light alloy black rims combined with 235/30-20 front and 325/25-20 rear high performance tires warrant for controllable speed above 300 kmph/190 mph.</p>
<p>Furthermore, you can find tinted windows, taillights and blinkers – lending the Ferrari a still more sportive touch.<br />
Carbon-exterior-packets are not the privilege of racing cars only, but also first choice for the discerning driver, if the issue is related to a dynamic and light drive. The carbon-packet contains exterior mirrors, a tail diffusor and several engine compartment coverings.</p>
<p>Carbon solutions you can also find in the inside the car, here in combination with fine leather applications in alcantara leather and matt carbon look. A high-end sound system also belongs to the ANDERSON GERMANY tuning program. Several audio amplifiers, system speakers and a subwoofer warrant for a still better interior ambiance.</p>
<p>The composition is topped by a complete coating in silky matt/gray, with completing the ensemble Scuderia strips in black/brilliant.</p>

<p>For the ultra-wide lane, special light-weight wheels 21 and 22 inches in size have been installed. The multiple-part light metal rims are coated in a carbon film and the outer rim bedding is the colour of the car. Road contact is ensured with the powerful 9&#215;21 inch and 11.5&#215;22 inch light-weight metal rims equipped with high-performance tyres of size 255/30-21 and 315/25-22.</p>

Following international acclaim for their finely honed Porsche GT2, GT3 and Panamera conversions, Oakley Design is now proud to announce their tuning programme for the Ferrari 458 Italia. Production will be limited to just 5 cars, each bearing a unique build number plaque. <span id="more-431"></span></p>
<p>Outside of this Limited Edition model, individual parts will also be made available for clients who do not require the complete package.</p>
<p>With Jon Oakley’s motorsport background central to the company’s philosophy, any change, whether aerodynamic or mechanical, is only done for sound technical reasons.</p>
<p>Wind tunnel testing proved that the carbon-fibre front spoiler lip adds 45kg of downforce over the front axle at 150mph (240km/h), while the racecar style centrally positioned radiator vent now channels air out over the bonnet instead of under the car. This vent also helps to boost the airflow at the base of the front windscreen, benefiting aerodynamics.</p>
<p>Further internal airflow management is seen in the radiator air exit ducts beside the headlamps, which receive carbon-fibre inserts and improved ducting from the radiator.</p>
<p>Deeper, wider side sills improve airflow control down the cars flanks, as well as helping to optimize the flat-bottom effect. The longer but lighter carbon-fibre rear diffuser has deeper boundary layer fences to improve directional stability.</p>
<p>Finally, a new rear spoiler with Gurney flap adds 25kg of downforce over the rear axle at 150mph. This works together with the underbody diffuser to reduce the Italia’s overall drag by smoothing out the separating airflow.</p>
<p>The only exterior alterations made for cosmetic reasons are the signature Oakley Design carbon-fibre roof panel, mirror covers and engine cover insert below the rear window glass. These are matched in the engine bay by carbon-fibre panels covering the inner wings and rear bulkhead.</p>
<p>Lower kerb weight automatically improves performance and puts less stress on the suspension, tyres and brakes. The complete titanium exhaust system with triple outlet pipes and no bypass valve shaves a huge 30kg from the Italia’s aft section, where it counts the most.</p>

<p>At half the weight of cast alloy equivalents, the signature Oakley Design lightweight composite wheels save a significant 8.0kg of unsprung weight per corner. Made in the UK, these two-piece wheels have a magnesium-alloy centre married to a carbon-fibre rim. Their adjusted offset keeps the wheel centre line the same as OE to compensate for the half-inch wider footprint at each corner.</p>
<p>Oakley Design plan to offer 9.0J x 20-inch and 11.0J x 20-inch wheels with 245/35ZR20 and 305/35ZR20 tyres, as well as one-inch diameter smaller 9.0J x 19-inch and 11.0J x 19-inch OZ Racing wheels shod with the New Pirelli Trofeo tyre that meets the latest EU regulations for street legal trackday rubber.</p>
<p>Apart from lower back-pressure in the new exhaust system, the improved throttle response and output is down to the larger carbon-fibre air intake box, larger ram air feeds and larger diameter white silicon pipes with Oakley Design logos connecting the air boxes to the intake.</p>
<p>With an ECU remap optimising the fuelling and ignition curves, these changes account for an approximate 10 percent power gain from 570bhp to 627bhp, while torque is up five percent from 540Nm to 567Nm</p>
<p>Carrying around 65kg less and with more power on tap, the factory 3.4 sec 0-100km/h time drops to around 3.0sec, while top speed has been calculated at over 330km/h.</p>
<p>As reducing the sprung weight has the effect of stiffening the suspension, the car is undergoing extensive testing in this form. A bespoke suspension kit for hard-core trackday drivers is also underway at Intrax, Oakley Design’s suspension and development partner.</p>

<p>Wheels make a car and for a Ferrari the best is just good enough. The NOVITEC ROSSO suspension specialists have developed custom versions of the three-piece NF3 alloy wheels for the Italian sports car.</p>
<p>The new wheels feature a striking design with five double spokes and polished outer flanges. Contrary to the 19-inch production wheels, the 612 Scaglietti in NOVITEC ROSSO trim sports a combination of size 9Jx20 wheels in front and size 12.5Jx21 rims on the rear axle.</p>
<p>This measure benefits not only the driving dynamics of the car but also and foremost the coupe&#8217;s appearance. The staggered wheels further emphasize the wedge-shaped design of the two-door car.</p>
<p>In the P Zero tire technology partner Pirelli offers the perfect ultra-high-performance tires for this tire/wheel combination that makes optimal use of the available space in the wheel wells Tires in size 275/30 ZR 20 on the front axle provide enormous grip during fast cornering and hard braking. Tires in size 355/25 R 21 on the rear axle allow even higher cornering speeds and provide maximum traction.</p>
<p>The exclusive look can be further upgraded with black NOVITEC ROSSO lamps. The complete package comprises the four round taillights, the reflectors and the side markers.</p>
<p>Further cornerstones of the NOVITEC ROSSO program for the 612 Scaglietti are a power increase and an even sportier exhaust note. The inner workings of the V12 engine with a displacement of 5,748 cm³ remain untouched. The power increase to 565 hp / 416 kW at 7,290 rpm is the product of a newly calibrated engine management system and the NOVITEC ROSSO stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system.</p>
<p>The tuning gives the V12 engine an even crisper response and lets it rev up even faster. Simultaneously peak torque grows to 609 Nm at 5,300 rpm. A top speed of more than 325 km/h and a sprint time for 0 &#8211; 100 km/h of just 3.9 seconds make the 2+2-seater an even more dominant sports car.</p>
<p>The NOVITEC ROSSO sport exhaust system is an integral part of the power increase and produces a truly delightful exhaust note. The NOVITEC ROSSO exhaust is easily distinguished by its four 90-mm tailpipes cut at an angle.</p>
<p>NOVITEC ROSSO upgrades the four-seat interior according to customers&#8217; personal preferences. The ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel comes in any color imaginable. But that&#8217;s not all: Customers can also freely choose the steering wheel&#8217;s material as well as the thickness of the rim. The rim is flattened at the bottom for easier entering and exiting of the vehicle.</p>
<p>Every NOVITEC ROSSO interior is characterized by its masterful precision finish and its striking colors. But NOVITEC ROSSO realizes not only Ferrari owners&#8217; personal material and color selections, it also custom-tailors the seat to each customer&#8217;s body measurements. Special requests such as for seats with even more lateral support or a lowered seat position for especially tall drivers round out the interior customization program.</p>
